As required with Carl Perkins SSA’s Region 10 retains the funding for mutually beneficial purposes. Each year Carl Perkins SSA members vote on how those funds are expended.
Carl Perkins
Perkins funds are available to carry out programs that develop more fully the academic and technical skills of secondary students who elect to enroll in career and technical education (CTE) programs. The Region 10 Carl Perkins SSA provides information, resources and training to promote the integration of coherent and rigorous content regarding academic standards and relevant career and technical education including career clusters, certification requirements and technology based skills development.
