Cohort
A yearlong, in-depth professional learning community focused on advancing STEM leadership, instruction, and certification.
Selected educators seeking to deepen STEM expertise, lead STEM efforts, and/or pursue National STEM Certification
Includes scheduled meetings, assignments, workshops, and an online book study
Cohort model with a set curriculum, best practices, resources, and instructional support. The cohort is exclusive to those enrolled in the NISE certification.
Personalized mentoring, access to exclusive resources, certification pathways, and leadership development
Cost: $850.00

Network
A flexible, open forum for educators to collaborate and refine day-to-day STEM instructional strategies
All Region 10 educators interested in improving or integrating STEM practices into their classrooms
Low-drop-in style meetings offered throughout the year with no long-term commitment
STEM sessions focused on sharing best practices, resources, and instructional support
Immediate classroom takeaways, peer collaboration, and ongoing instructional support
Cost: Free for Instructional Practices cooperative members

Region 10 STEM Programs Professional Goals & Purpose
Purpose: The purpose of the Region 10 STEM Program is to unite educators, industry, and higher education partners to enhance STEM practices and provide accessible, hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for future success in STEM fields.
Goals:
To provide educators with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in STEM education.
To foster collaboration among educators from different schools and districts in the region to share best practices and resources for STEM instruction.
To address equity issues in STEM education by ensuring that all students have access to high-quality STEM instruction, resources, and opportunities.
To provide support and resources for educators seeking National Certification in STEM teaching (NCST).
